To buy ... or not to buy an Extended Warranty ... that is the question

These warranties are often viewed by the consumer (you and me), as nothing more than a way to generate more revenue ($$$) for a company. But there are some advantages to them, as there are also disadvantages. The key is to identify your needs and match them with what the warranty (or company) is offering. This is in fact what I refer to as balancing Risk, Benefit, Cost, and the U-factor.
